Please choose between the following 2 plans to learn more about it: Plan 1: Learn mindfulness in theory + alternatives on how to practice. 1. What is mindfulness and its benefits? 2. States of consciousness. 3. Learn several types of mindfulness practice available today and choose the one that resonates best with you. Active (movement), passive (silent) & most successful (guided) meditations. 4. Learn how to integrate unity, gratitude, forgiveness & compassion in your life. Plan 2: Experience mindfulness. Learn to experience peace at will - at any moment of your day. 1. Through a simpel guided meditation you will learn to connect with your peaceful self. 2. After each Reiki session (3 in total), we will repeat the guided meditation, each time improving the peaceful connection within yourself. 3. At the end, after choosing the meditation of your choice, you will learn to independently from Reiki, find that peace/connection within you. Why should you become mindful? Some of the benefits are: it helps to reduce stress, enhances your ability to solve problems, to focus, plus improves your creativity and communication skills.
Cancellation of membership is possible anytime. Cancellation of any appointment (online or in person) is possible 24hrs in advance.
